of the nanoparticles were holding commendable nanodimensions that makes the particles more attractive towards
incredible applications. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized to get an insight on their morphology and
size of the particles. The preliminary characterization was done using UV spectrophotometer. Then, the nanoparticles
were studied under SEM and the size were found to be around 30 nm, which holds to be a remarkable nano dimension
so far achieved through plant mediated synthesis. The EDAX results revealed the percentage of gold present in the
nanoparticles and the degree of purity of the nanoparticles.
<Email>brajuraj@yahoo.com</Email><articletype>Review</articletype><volume>5</volume><issue>1</issue><year>2015</year><keyword>Nanoparticles synthesis,EDAX</keyword><AUTHORS>Kamala Priya M.R,Priya.
