31PHYTOCHEMICAL SCREENING & ANALYTICAL STUDIES OF BUTEA MONOSPERMAThe present study was carried out to determine the phyto constituents like alkaloids, tannins, saponins and amino acids which are present in methanol extract of Butea monosperma. Along with estimated the Rf Value amino acid and spectral study used to determine the λmax, and IR study was done to determine the spectra of amino acids.
