person. Several authors have been studied immunological parameter like IgG, IgM, and IgA in AD. Underlying the
importance of imbalance in the explanation of the etiopathogenesis and progress of same form of AD. An early
diagnosis of A.D. is important because changes in central nerves system respond well to immu nomodulatory
treatment in the early course of disease. The value of immunoglobulin IgG, IgM and IgA were measured in serum of
patients along with AD and compared with healthy control person .We found the mean value of IgA is higher than
healthy normal control and the level of IgM is found to less than in healthy control person, where as no difference is
found in IgG level of patient suffering from AD with normal .
<Email>v_05kumar@rediffmail.com</Email><articletype>Research</articletype><volume>3</volume><issue>1</issue><year>2013</year><keyword>Alzheimer disease (AD),immunological parameter IgG,IgM and IgA and statistical analysis</keyword><AUTHORS>Vinod Kumar,Vinit Raj,S.K Sharma</AUTHORS><afflication>Member of Medical Research Unit Department Of Physics, D.
